Based in the United Kingdom and founded by globally recognised experts in the field of metabolic health, the Reset Academy of Metabolic Sciences is a centre of knowledge and studies into the understanding of metabolic health.
We work collaboratively with our academic partners including King’s College London, the Ministry of Health of Malaysia (KKM), and the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia (AMM).

The Reset Academy offers a foundation course in metabolic health which teaches learners the latest cutting-edge science and its practical application to patient care. Once learners complete the foundation course they will also become eligible to purchase advanced courses from the Reset Academy.
The Metabolic Health foundation course comprises 21 online modules delivered in two parts.
Our courses are interactive and include a mix of different media types with each module containing a course test to assess a learner’s understanding of the content.
Our courses are also fully accredited by our academic partners in Asia with users receiving CME points upon completion.
Our academic partners in Asia include the Academy of Medicine Malaysia with endorsement by the Malaysian Ministry of Health (KKM).

Upon completion of our course learners will have a comprehensive understanding of metabolic health and how to care for patients living with metabolic disorders such as obesity, including lifestyle medicine and the use of GLP-1 medications.
Once learners complete the Metabolic Health Foundation course they are eligible to purchase advanced courses from the Reset Academy. Advanced courses cover topics from the foundation course in more depth (e.g. obesity and weight loss surgery) and also introduce new topics (e.g. the link between obesity and other chronic conditions). New advanced courses will be introduced over time meaning learners can continue their learning journey with the Reset Academy.

On completion and passing the Foundation Courses, you will qualify for membership of the Reset Academy.
The annual membership fee is RM250.
